Superior Service, Inc. is a small business enterprise. Therefore it is essential that all employees assist in areas other than their classification. Example: A welder, during phases of the project when there is no welding required, will be expected to perform other tasks assigned such as loading and unloading trucks, placing leads, assist in fitting, moving material and equipment, etc. See the following.

All employees will be expected to assist in fitting, welding, load and unload trucks, pull leads, burn, roll, shape plate, operate machining equipment, work above ground level with safety belts. Work in various weather conditions: hot, cold, dry or wet. Will be required to work extended hours when scheduling requires, especially during client plant downs (turn a rounds), shift work when the occasion arises.
